Cash On Delivery

🥨 "do you accept cash on delivery?"
yes, we accept cash on delivery for on hand orders and remaining balances of items.please note that for remaining balances paid via cash on delivery, we will only ship out your order once the required amount for item reservation is paid.cash on delivery will only be done through our shopee account / checkout system.cash on delivery will not be entertained if your item contains a rolled poster / poster tube that cannot fit in the pouch of our shopee courier.

we accept payments via BPI, PayPal, GCash, and Cash On Delivery via Shopee.please note that on certain payment platforms, there are service charges. the buyer will be the one to cover these charges.BPI to BPI = Php 10Other Banks & GCash to BPI = Php 15GCash to GCash = No feePayPal to PayPal = Php 49 per USD (the fee here depends on the currency and value of the US Dollar)we offer down payments for certain items and PH GOs.

Custom Orders

🍰 "do you accept custom orders for your charms and bracelets?"
yes, we accept custom orders for our charms and bracelets. however, we will only do custom orders on certain times of the month or certain times of the year due to our busy schedule. we have ready-to-ship designs available each restock week.

Terms & Conditions

⭐ please note that our terms and conditions vary depending on the form that you are filling out / the item you are placing your order on. here are our main policies that are mostly constant throughout our products and services;

PAYMENTS
Down payments are accepted unless stated otherwiseExtensions for payments will no longer be allowed unless we are the ones who makes changes to the payment deadline date.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

A cancellation fee of Php 150 per order code will be imposedFailure to pay on time will put the buyer on the list of late payers.Failure to pay cancellation fee will mark you as a JOY RESERVER / BOGUS BUYER in our shop and you will be BLACKLISTED from future services.
DEADLINE OF PAYMENTS
Late payments will only be entertained if the additional late payment fee on top of the total price will be paid. Late payment fee is Php 50 / day.
CHANGE OF DETAILS
Changing of information will only be allowed if you contact us that your information is incorrect within 1 hour of sending the order form. A confirmation email is sent immediately after you fill up the order form.
DAMAGED ITEMS / MANUFACTURING DEFECT
we are not liable for damages occurred during shippingwe will not be held liable for manufacturing defect and returns for this shall not be entertainedwe inform buyers beforehand if the item they will receive is dented. refunds for this shall only be entertained if the buyer was not informed of the dent.
ISSUING OF REPLACEMENT/REFUND
No clear unboxing video = no replacement/refundA clear unedited unboxing video is required for us to see if the item is damaged, thus, we suggest that you create one upon receiving the item. For exchange of items due to wrong delivery, we require that you return the purchased item first before we initiate the exchange.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE COST
In case of return due to wrong delivery, seouluvph is responsible for it and must pay the shipping fee for the product returned. However, if returned due to the buyer's personal reason or manufacturing defect, we are not liable for the fees needed to be paid and should be shouldered by the buyer.
DENYING RETURN AND EXCHANGE
seouluvph has the right to deny returns if the product has deemed to have depreciated due to any trace of product usage, removal of label and tags, or disposal of product box or wrapping.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We do not allow combined shipping. This is to avoid any misunderstanding and/or mistakes. Same shipping address of different individuals does not mean we will combine your order and will be shipped together. Lalamove / Mr Speedy combined shipping is allowed if both items are available on hand.
UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE AND WITH BALANCE
The customer should settle their balance in a timely manner so that order will not be held up for too long. Customers who have an outstanding balance and fail to complete the payment 2 weeks after the items arrive in the Philippines will be assumed by default that you are not claiming your items. Unclaimed merchandise will be made available for another customer and no refund will be made. You will lose the right to request for the shipment of your orders and will be banned from future purchase from seouluvph.
THE BLACKLIST

Joy Reservers and Bogus Buyers - are defined as those that have filled and sent purchase forms but failed to pay the amount due within the time givenImpatient and rude buyers showing unacceptable behaviorBuyers showing fake receiptsBuyers threatening the shop, owners, admins, etc.Buyers defaming the shop can also be sued.- Defamation: the act of publishing statements that cause harm to the reputation of the shop.
